As a Business Development Consultant for imortgage, you will be integral in supporting the growth and expansion of our Retail Mortgage footprint in the Tri-State Region. We will count on your extensive knowledge of top originators and Branch Managers to support the expansive growth in the region. You will work directly with the Regional Leader and Branch Managers to develop and execute on recruiting strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your mission will be to take complete ownership of the full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for the Tri-State Region, identifying, recruiting and hiring Mortgage Sales Professionals. Just being a good recruiter will not be enough – the region will look to you for strategic guidance on a wide variety of issues, and your ability to view the recruiting function as part of a larger business strategy will be essential. In addition to the tactical recruiting skills such as research, sourcing and cold-calling, our unique methods and process require strong writing skills and a natural ability to capture the essence of working for imortgage. Your professionalism and interpersonal skills will further ensure that imortgage is well represented in the region. This is a position for the recruiting professional looking to apply traditional recruiting savvy to our unique innovative process and structure.
